Hi, I’m Alison Lappan, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I’m excited to begin my solo practice, East Psychotherapy. Since 2017, I’ve worked in the mental health field across community, hospital, and correctional settings, supporting people through life’s many ups and downs. With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, I bring both experience and empathy into my sessions.
